TOLLGATE DRAIN STORYMAP

In partnership with the Ingham County Drain Commissioner, Spicer Group designed an engaging StoryMap to communicate the history, purpose, and unique design of the Tollgate Drain. The application highlights the drain’s biomimicry approach, showing how engineering solutions can work with nature to support water management and ecological health. It also introduces users to the flora and fauna that thrive within the drain system and their roles in the ecosystem. Developed with ArcGIS Pro and ESRI StoryMaps, the project provided the community with an educational and visually rich digital resource.
