FOUR LAKES SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT - ASSESSMENT ROLL APPLICATIONS

To assist residents in understanding their special assessment obligations, Spicer Group developed two GIS web applications for the Four Lakes Special Assessment District. The first, launched in 2022, displayed preliminary assessment amounts, while a 2024 update provided the finalized 2025 capital assessment roll. Both applications gave property owners the ability to compare historical and current data, view contributing factors, and understand how costs were calculated. Built using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and Microsoft Excel, the tools promoted transparency and offered residents clear, user-friendly access to complex financial information.
