NORTHWOOD UNIVERSITY DEVOS GRADUATE SCHOOL

Working with project architect Tower Pinkster, Spicer Group provided comprehensive site engineering, surveying, and construction staking services for a new 27,000-square-foot educational facility on

Northwood University’s Midland campus. The new building serves as the home for the university’s Business Graduate School, providing space for instruction and administration. Spicer Group designed all site improvements, including grading, parking, access drives, landscaping, and stormwater management systems. Services also included the design of new underground utilities including sanitary sewer, water, and electrical, and development of a stormwater management plan.

Spicer assisted with permitting, reviewed shop drawings, responded to RFIs during construction, and certified the stormwater detention capacity to ensure compliance and long-term functionality of the site.
