THOMAS TOWNSHIP GREAT LAKES TECHNOLOGY PARK
The Great Lakes Technology Park is a 240-acre section of land in Thomas Township designed to attract technology companies and their manufacturing processes. Spicer Group was responsible for designing infrastructure improvements to the entire site. This included a half-mile of 48-inch enclosed storm sewer, 5,600 feet of sanitary sewer, and a new entrance drive. The entrance drive is a 2,600-foot paved asphalt all-season drive with curb and gutter and traverses throughout the park. A left-turn lane with dividing island was included at the entrance of the park off of Graham Road (M-52). Spicer Group was responsible for all survey, design, and construction inspection tasks for this project.
