Our versatile staff of licensed professionals have the experience to take a project from the initial concept phase to researching the feasibility of a project by looking at utility access, topographical surveying, site and zoning regulations, stormwater management, permitting through local and county agencies, MDOT Highway guidelines for ingress/egress, identifying floodplain and wetland concerns, and more. Along with the site civil design aspects, we can provide accurate cost and construction estimates, property utility extension designs, prepare bidding documents, along with working with construction contractors to ensure each project is constructed as planned.
