Shawn Middleton, PE, Senior Vice President, brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to projects. A Michigan Technological University alumnus with a master’s degree in civil engineering, he has more than 30 years of experience managing municipal infrastructure and water resources projects. Shawn has covered everything from bridge hydraulics and stream restoration to dam inspections and stormwater management, all while coordinating diverse clients, regulatory agencies, and funding sources. Organized and adaptable, Shawn is detail-oriented with each project and design, working side by side with stakeholders to complete projects on time and on budget.
