He has a wealth of hands-on experience and is a graduate of Ferris State University with an associate’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Rick brings over 30 years of experience in managing complex infrastructure projects. His expertise spans MDOT infrastructure, municipal utilities, paving, bridge construction, material testing and on-call MDOT services.
