Richard Graham, III, PE, graduated from Lawrence Technological University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering.  Rich has used analytical precision and a steady management approach to design and construct successful stormwater projects across Michigan.  He leads drainage design, dam design, and hydrologic modeling efforts using tools like HEC-RAS and SWMM. His responsibilities span permitting, public engagement, and interagency coordination.
