Senior Associate
Kevin WiLks, P.E., named as a new Senior Associate
Spicer Group is proud to announce the recent promotion of Kevin Wilks, P.E., as a new Senior Associate. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2014 and was hired at Spicer as a Construction Engineer that same year. In 2016, he became a Design Engineer. In 2018 he became a Project Engineer and earned his professional engineering license in the state of Michigan. He became a Project Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Associate in 2023.
Sam Szaroletta, P.E., named as a new Senior Associate
Spicer Group is proud to announce the recent promotion of Sam Szaroletta, P.E. as a new Senior Associate. Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Engineering from Michigan State University in 2007. He joined Spicer’s Municipal Service Group in 2013 as a Design Engineer. In 2019 he became a Project Engineer, and in 2022, he became a Project Manager. He became a licensed professional engineer in Michigan in 2019 and in 2024 he was promoted to Associate at Spicer Group.
Myles sakshaug, CPA, named as a new Senior Associate
Spicer Group is proud to announce the recent promotion of Myles Sakshaug, CPA, as a new Senior Associate. Myles earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2015 and earned his CPA license in 2020. In 2023, he joined Spicer’s Accounting Group as a Finance Manager and was promoted to Finance Director in 2025.
