Mike Niederquell, PE, leads Spicer Group’s Highways, Roads, & Streets team with accuracy and resourcefulness. A two-time Michigan State University civil engineering graduate, with both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Mike has decades of experience designing roads, shared-use paths, signing plans, storm systems, and traffic safety features. With over 3,400 miles of signing design under his belt, he’s deeply familiar with AASHTO, MDOT, and EGLE standards.
