Mark Norton, PE, is a professionally licensed engineer who graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He has more than 30 years of project knowledge and design experience, taking numerous drinking water, sanitary sewer, roadway, and other municipal infrastructure projects from concept to construction and completion. He meets and exceeds clients expectations through collaborative relationships across teams and agencies, implementing structured workflows and quality controls.
