SAGINAW COUNTY JAIL

Spicer worked in conjunction with GGA Architects in Missouri to complete the project design. Spicer served as the project manager for the structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and civil engineering for the new Saginaw County Jail Facility. We also coordinated the team’s efforts to maintain project schedule as well as advise the architectural team on Michigan Code requirements. The new jail has 515 inmate beds and is 4 levels. The project was funded through a bond issue and was completed in 2021.
