Construction services

Spicer Group’s Construction Services professionals routinely assist clients with fulfilling management, monitoring, and administrative tasks on construction projects. Our professional engineers and technicians have the expertise and knowledge to oversee projects from the beginning stages of construction to the final closeout. They help ensure projects are constructed as designed and within all plan specifications. Our technicians work daily on projects observing and documenting contractors’ operations. They work directly alongside contractors and are committed to ensuring the job gets done right.

During construction, they attend preconstruction and progress meetings, prepare, and distribute minutes, answer contractor, subcontractor and supplier questions, respond to requests for information, and prepare progress reports for the client and their associated stakeholders. They review shop drawings, review progress payments, process change orders, prepare bulletins as necessary and coordinate all aspects of the project on behalf of the client.

Our Construction Services professionals are cross-trained in both inspection and material testing and Spicer Group vehicles are all equipped with density and concrete testing kits. Our technicians are experienced in E-Construction and ProjectWise and we utilize a Safety Program that exceeds state standards.

Some of the key reasons Spicer Group is qualified to provide the requested services are listed below:
