Our planning team assists clients with master plans, zoning, site plan review, on-call planning, and other special projects. Community planning is large-scale, with visions and big ideas, yet is small-scale at the block or building level. Every day, our planners assist communities with a full range of planning services. Our goal is to guide your community by planning for the future.

Complex issues such as community engagement or navigating through new topics such as alternative energy, marijuana, or event barns, are commonplace and our AICP-certified planners are here for you.

We can help prepare your community to adopt economic development initiatives, such as the Redevelopment Ready Communities program. We can also work with you to fix outdated ordinances or other plans that are not promoting desirable development. You can rely on our expertise for other planning documents such as DDA plans, hazard mitigation plans, and corridor plans.
