ARCHITECTURE AND MEP

The Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Practice Area plays a unique role in the full-service design offerings provided by Spicer Group. Internally, this team of licensed architects, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers works with other service groups providing design solutions for a multitude of projects. From critical infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and dams, to a wide range of architectural projects including schools, public safety, healthcare, multi-family, office buildings and restaurants, these professionals round out Spicer Group’s ability to complete engineering needs for any type of client.  

Additionally, the Architecture and MEP Service Group often partners directly with business owners, architectural firms, contractors, and clients to provide design and project management services. Our professionals' efforts align with the clients’ expectations, and they produce simple, robust, and efficient designs to fit budgets for bid and spec, as well as design-build projects of any size. The MEP team is licensed in many states throughout the U.S. and can also travel when needed.
